Howard Blecher

Howard Blecher is an Architect and
Urban Designer. He is specialized in architectural design,
construction, urban design and landscape design and mandates contextual
sensitivity at multiple scales and a holistic approach to
sustainability.
Mr.
Blecher received a Master of Architecture and Master of Urban Design
from College of Environmental Design at University of California at
Berkeley. He also received a Master of Business Administration and a
Master of Science in Accounting at Stern School of Business at New York
University. He did his BA in English Literature and Economics, and
Mathematics at University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he was trained
at Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. He is a Certified
Public Accountant in NY State. He received a certification in Series 63
and Series 7 NASD examinations.
